In a recent conversation with AdNews Australia, Publicis Groupe ANZ leaders Michael Rebelo, Imogen Hewitt, Jason Tonelli, Patrick Rowe and Skye Lambley shared their perspectives on how long-term leadership unlocks meaningful transformation for clients, people and agency businesses.

Across the discussion, one theme consistently stood out: trust. The leaders reflected on how trust, built over time, enables better decision-making, creates the confidence to navigate complexity and gives the freedom to move with greater agility. It also brings the perspective to know what to evolve, what to preserve, and the credibility to bring people along on the journey.

As Michael Rebelo, CEO Publicis Groupe ANZ, said: "What leadership tenure can really unlock is trust and momentum for a business. Creating trust with your clients, people and stakeholders over time allows you to take bigger, bolder steps, be more courageous, remain adaptive and move faster."
