WORK UP TO SIX WEEKS A YEAR OVERSEAS

A Publicis global initiative that allows all employees (with a minimum 1-year tenure) to work from any accessible country where the Groupe is present, or in a person’s country of citizenship, for up to six weeks each year

Publicis ANZ’s ‘Wholeself’ wellbeing philosophy holistically addresses three pillars of wellbeing: the physical, mental, and financial health of our people. 

Supporting our people’s wellbeing is a top priority at Publicis, with a dedicated team responsible for leading the ‘Wholeself’ program. 

In Australia, Publicis has a Gold Accreditation for Workplace Mental Health.
Publicis has over 100 trained Mental Health First Aid officers across ANZ.

For four years now, we've taken a company-wide day off in recognition of World Mental Health Day.  This is to recognise that taking a break from work to refocus and reflect, can be absolutely essential to our wellbeing. Our people can spend it however they wish, and to do whatever works best for them.

Publicis has taken the further step of not only signing onto the Mentally Healthy Standards set by industry organisation, Mentally Healthy Change Group, but formally incorporating them into our company policy to ensure they are embedded in our practices.
