Publicis Groupe Asia Pacific has announced the promotion of Pauly Grant to Chief Talent Officer APAC, alongside her role as leader of ANZ’s people portfolio.
Effective immediately, Grant will focus on driving the region’s talent and culture strategy to support the group’s business strategy. As a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee, she will work closely with the market Chief Talent Officers and reports to Jane Lin-Baden, CEO, Publicis Groupe Asia Pacific.
In support of Publicis Groupe ANZ’s continued focus on fostering an inclusive and enabling environment for all, Jessica Farrell and Anushka Methananda have also respectively been elevated to the roles of General Manager People & Culture - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) & Operations and General Manager People & Culture – Experience and Performance.
On their promotions, Pauly Grant, said: “We are extremely fortunate to have such strong talent in our ANZ People team, and these promotions for Anushka and Jessica are well deserved.
